“Beautiful ryokan”
Beautiful, well maintained, large tatami rooms with plenty of living space, fridge, full length mirror, self contained bathroom and toilet. Staff friendly and helpful. Also has an outdoor hot spring food bath which is heaven after walking kilometres between temples all day!

There is a Starbucks nearby which is very good, and a couple of conbini too. The onsen is a bit small but we were happy to try it after a day … more
