“Wonderful stay”
Thaison palace is in a wonderful location. Ms Moon is an absolute sweetheart as is the rest of the staff. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. “Good and Valued Hotel”
It was first time to come to Hanoi and stay in a small, cozy hotel like my home. Staff were very helpful and smart to recommend all of famous foods and sightseeings Must back to this hotel with my friends and family. Breakfast was so nice with full of traditional Vietnamese cuisine

“Deeply Average. Not the cleanest”
Very tired looking hotel. Not particularly clean if you look close! Breakfast was pretty awful. Bedroom size was good. Bathroom falling apart. “Average in service, location, and cleanliness”
The hotel is located on a busy street. The staff friendliness and service was average. The food and amenities were average. Not the best value in my opinion. The hotel is very old in need of maintenance. The sink did not drain and the toilet gurgled.
