“excellent staff, prime location, awesome breakfast”
All the staff were helpful, warm and friendly, the hotel very well located near the station, about 5 minutes walk, breakfast was great, room had good airconditioner, lighting and a very nice bathroom, and top value, will go back again, highly recommended

“Basmane is known as a bit of a poorer, rougher area but Guzel Izmir Oteli is a little jewel in this area.”
The rooms are clean, the receptionist, staff and owner are very helpful. They speak English and kn ow a lot about the city and provided good information on how to get around etc. They have a nice basement where you can read, workout and just chill.

“so-so”
rooms were clean.the hotel had nice breakfast and friendly kitchen man. also location of hotel was good. but the internet speed was so bad and air condition of room worked so loudly .after asking us they didn't check it.
