Awesome small hotel! Great ambiance and it even had a bar! The front desk staff, Adita and Julia were awesome. The room was very comfortable. We had requested 2 beds and the only downside was the second bed was a pull out sofa...which is never comfortable and would have been better if we just put it on the floor. Overall the room was awesome. It came with breakfast and it was a great breakfast. We think we were the only guests that evening. There is parking outside, however it is free only until 9am. Also the marking on the hotel was not easy to find and we had to ask a couple for assistance who were out walking their dogs. There is free wifi in the lobby and 5 Euros if you want to use in the room. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

“Great weekend break”

Very friendly staff, the hotel is not far from to Milano & Bergamo and main city attractions. The rooms were very clean , comfortable and children friendly( the forest room is great!). The hotel had an animator for children which was very handy for us. Ski , ice skating and nice walking path… more

Very friendly staff, the hotel is not far from to Milano & Bergamo and main city attractions. The rooms were very clean , comfortable and children friendly( the forest room is great!). The hotel had an animator for children which was very handy for us. Ski , ice skating and nice walking paths are at a walking distance from the hotel. Lunch and diner choice menus very well chosen and breakfast complete. Will definitely return!

“Fab!”

Loved this hotel. Absolutely fab and in a spectacular location. Very warm welcome on arrival even though it was late at night. The Nature Suite was lovely with plenty of space. Only regret is that we only stayed one night. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection. Would love to come back. Please… more

Loved this hotel. Absolutely fab and in a spectacular location. Very warm welcome on arrival even though it was late at night. The Nature Suite was lovely with plenty of space. Only regret is that we only stayed one night. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection. Would love to come back. Please be aware that there is no public transport to this town. We flew in to Bergamo and had booked the hotel taxi service. This costs €40, however you would pay twice that to grab a taxi at the airport. The next morning we were directed to where we could get a cable car to Albino, where we then hopped on a bus to take us to the train station. We loved the experience but I know it's not everyone's cup of tea.

“Lovely hotel in need of TLC”

On arrival we were offered an upgrade to a suite in what seems the older hotel a cross the street which was very kind, however the room temperature was only 11°C and there were too many stairs for our dog. It was obviously a family suite because it had a double bed, a bunk bed and a single bed all in the same room. Our superior room was nice but there was mould in the bathroom and privacy tape covering a crack in the door. The bed did not have a headboard, so you could not sit up in bed because the pillows folded into the gap. There was a kettle but only thin plastic cups. That all said, the hotel is lovely and clean, the staff were always friendly and helpful. They provided us with mugs for our coffee. The restaurant staff were very friendly and the food was excellent accompanied by a good selection of wines. Hotel rooms and restaurant could do with a little TLC, but apart from that the hotel is great value for money. We would definitely stay again but select a different room.
