“Fantastic stay the the Pan Pacific SuZhou”
The Pan Pacific SuZhou is set in a very nice environment with an ancient garden next to it. The hotel is very Instagramable. Having a big convenience store just across the road is an added benefit. “Huge and impressive”
I love mu stay at this hotel. Just regretted that I should stay for another night to explore and experience the surroundings… Very nice and impressive gate and its decoration . Room is large and had all facility you need. Loved the dinner buffet with a lot of foods and seafood. Free flow of alcohol… more

“Noisy houskeeping from early morning till late night”
Noisy inside. Housekeeping carts rolling in hallway on concrete floors make most of noise. But also houskeepers talk loudly. And guests. Hotel structure is such that any noise in hallways is amplified. Suggestion: put large soft wheels on housekeeping carts.
