“Another wonderful 5 nights at Sheraton Chengdu”
Quie a wonderful 5 days with my family. Front desk services were above and beyond the call, esp. Donna (hope I got her name right). Executive lounge service may need a little improvement. And it's not offering breakfast at lounge anymore. Breakfast is good and everyone off my family loved it.

“Great Service by excellent Staff”
Very friendly and helpful, most importantly Lian and Yuki in the Business/Members lounge. They catered for our food preferences in the evenings and were exceptional in giving tips and advice on places to visit.
