“Great few days. Amazing location”

We stayed as a group of 5 females early April. Location is fabulous with amazing sea views. We stayed as a group of 5 females early April. Location is fabulous with amazing sea views. The apartment is on the 9th floor and you cannot hear any noise except the sea at night 😇. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Massive balcony. Kitchen was fitted with all you need. Dishwasher. Washing machine. Coffee machine. Big fridge freezer. Lovely welcome pack with bathroom essentials. A large bottle of water and a bottle of rose wine. A very nice touch. The apartment is furnished well but is basic which is understandable. But all clean and more than adequate. The apartment is massive and the locking system to the door of the apartment is fabulous and you felt extremely secure. Would definitely book this apartment again. We would not hesitate to book again. Well done a great place

“Holiday”

Was booked into Los Ranchos on arrival when picked up keys found due to technical problems we had been upgraded to Principado Arena . This was right on the beachfront. Although decor was a little dated and worn the overall apartment met all our needs. Microwave was faulty but was replaced next day.… more

Was booked into Los Ranchos on arrival when picked up keys found due to technical problems we had been upgraded to Principado Arena . This was right on the beachfront. Although decor was a little dated and worn the overall apartment met all our needs. Microwave was faulty but was replaced next day. Terrace was fabulous as were the views. Location was ideal . Would recommend and would definitely return.

“Sea front Location ”

Stayed at the Principado Arena apartments last week with a party of five. I must admit I had my reservations about the place , as we had to collect the apartment keys from another hotel and the photos I’d seen made the place look a bit dated. But Wow what a pleasant surprise, it had Four Bedrooms, three of which had their own bathroom and toilet, and the other just a toilet. Also it had a massive living room and dining area, the balcony area was equally as big with a dining area and a big sofa with Tv. You had a spectacular sea front view from the balcony, which in my opinion was made safer for children as the balcony was enclosed with locking windows , which when closed kept the noise out. Also the kitchen was nice and roomy , with a dining table and chairs, as it was self catering you had all you wanted for cooking etc. Next to the kitchen you had a utility room with washing machine , ironing board. So all in all along with air conditioning, you had a good package. I think the apartment would easily sleep 8 people , or maybe 10 if you used the sofa bed in the living room. Admittedly as I thought the furniture was a bit dated , but the apartment was very clean . We had payed a fee for a cleaner to come in , but we never saw her. So I don’t know what happened there. I was very happy with the place and would recommend it, although it’s on the 18th floor of a high rise building and may not suit everyone. Over all a great holiday spent with good friends and a great place to stay. 😎😎
