I'm living at Milton since march as I'm here for work so I'm well informed. 1. Location: I'm happy with the location, the metro station (Al Rigga) is at 2 minutes walking, there is a supermarket next to the hotel, all services you need, cinema 7 minutes walking. There is a mosque not far, so you can hear the call to prayer but it's not loud enough to wake you up, so no worries. 2. The building: It is 7 months old, so everything is brand new. Quality of the building is average, tiling is bad quality and haven't been installed very well. Stuff already start breaking after only 7 months... 3. The facilities: There's a small swimming pool at the top floor and only 4 sun beds!!!! So if someone come with children, you can go back to your room. I've already complained 2 months ago, they said they will buy some next sunday....still 4 sunbeds so far. There is no gym and no sauna, I've been told before I choose this hotel that it would be ready in May.....still nothing in progress... 4. Rooms: Rooms are quite ok, spacious and modern furnitures. But quality of furnitures is as cheap as possible, Iron has failed one time, sauce pan have broken in my hands with hot rice in it, Washing machine is sometimes stopping in the middle of program, I had the fridge replaced one time and satellite reception is terrible but internet is ok. Bed is very comfortable, bathroom well equipped. 5. Cleanliness: Cleaning staff is not well trained and no one from management double checks the work done. I had to complain few times, nothing is changing.... 6.Price: For the quality it's quite fair...
