“Customer service ”
Mary greeted me and was super friendly. Inside area was and outside was very clean. Any time up until 11pm Mary was at front desk busy and available. “Exceptional hotel experience”
I highly recommend this hotel. Great rooms, great breakfast, and the friendliest staff I've ever had. Thank you Quality for the exceptional service. If I could award you guys 10 stars I would! When in Baton Rouge I personally guarantee this place is a must stay!

“Reasonably Priced Accommodation”
Chose this as being a Choice member the reviews read good. The rooms were clean and tidy. Had a slight musty smell but this has been the trend with a lot of Choice locations. “Clean and comfortable”
The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a last minute booking and they were very welcoming. The property was clean as was my room. The bed was comfortable. There are signs of wear but overall it was a good experience. I would stay there again.
