“Great stay !”
Staff is very professional, courteous and accommodating. A big shout out to Monica for her friendliness and attentiveness. Always very welcoming. Hotel is an older facility, but the rooms are always very clean and comfortable. I’ll definitely return when the need arises.

“So Much Fun”
Had an absolute blast. The staff are very friendly. Ellis the shuttle driver, great person. Would definitely come back. Really good continental at 5:30 sharp. Nice quiet sleep. Comfortable lobby, office space. Price is right as well. Great value

“Pleasant stay..”
Our stay of 24 days in Hyatt was a pleasant experience in every way. The room was very clean and well maintained through room service every day. “Lift out of service”
Guest Lifts need to be fixed. Only one lift is working for guests and it takes 5 to 6 mins in peak hours to get lift. The other lift is constantly out of service from my Dec 2024 month stay of mine for 7 days to Jan 2025 days of 7 days stay. Please get this fixed ASAP.

“Outdated”
The hotel staff are nice, even above expectations when it comes to service. The hotel itself is outdated. The breakfast was flavorless, only one elevator worked (and it felt like it might fall apart), and the biggest issue was the internet was not much faster than dial-up.
