*Note* - I only stayed at this hotel overnight for an international flight, so I did not have sufficient time to fully evaluate it, but the room was clean and comfortable with no outstanding issues, and no encounters with bugs of any type. The pictures posted on Trip Advisor with bugs are from a different hotel if you check closely. - Room was clean for the most part, although there was some dust around the edges. - Comfortable bed with firm mattress - Microwave and refrigerator in the room - Good Location - shopping mall with food court, plus IHOP are walking distance. - Free airport shuttle which ran every half hour if I remember correctly, that takes you to the Air Train monorail station - worked well for me in both directions. - Good quality HDTV. - Hot Breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage and other items included. - Plenty of counter space in the bathroom

“Hotel shuttle”

Hotel Shuttle is at P4 area. You have to take the Airtrain to P4 station. All hotel shuttle is at P4. Don't follow the sign in baggage claim area. Hotel is clean and breakfast is included. Shuttle is very convenience with every 30mins there will be a ride.

I just needed a basic hotel for my international flight going out the following day. My room and the facilities were clean and comfortable though there were some pipe issues with my shower. Chantal in the breakfast room was especially wonderful and accommodating for helping me find gluten-free breakfast options. It was limited but I had some food in my room to supplement the hard-boiled eggs and yogurt. The kind service is why I’m writing this review! Shuttle driver was also a lovely and welcoming gentleman. Timely and quick to the airport! I would stay again if I were in the same circumstances. Thanks!

“Okay for a first or last night of a trip, convenient location”

Not too bad, not great. Close to the airport, but info from the website about the shuttle was not reliable. We would not have found it if not for the help of drivers from other operators. Some of the staff was very friendly and helpful, others not so much. Walking distance to large shopping mal… more

Not too bad, not great. Close to the airport, but info from the website about the shuttle was not reliable. We would not have found it if not for the help of drivers from other operators. Some of the staff was very friendly and helpful, others not so much. Walking distance to large shopping mall. Breakfast was rather cheap, everything wrapped in plastic and for single use. Tables were a little dirty, food was not refilled quickly. The room was large and the beds as well. Plenty of space for the family. Nice pillows and duvets. Gym is small, queues at reception can be long, ice maker in the lobby was out of order for two weeks, WiFi doesn’t reach outside the front door. Free coffee in the lobby.
