We stayed for one night in early January, location was good, near to Zhongshan park MRT station. This Zhongshan station is same line with Pudong airport and Hongqiao line, so very super easy to reach airport. We got room with view to Zhongshan park area. We arrived at this hotel around 8 am, and they give us early checkin, wow that was great since we just arrived in Shanghai after long flight from Indonesia. Room condition was good, huge room, clean bathroom, nice bed, super friendly staff. Since we traveling during winter, pool are was closed. Breakfast menu was superb, western, Chinese food wide available seems with good taste. I can not eat all the foods there except bread and fruits because we are moslem, maybe someday your hotel can provide like halal food corner for moslem traveller like us. Wifi connection was good, but I don't know why we can not access our social media, youtube, we only can sent text. And I found this problem in every place with wifi facility. Overall very recommended hotel in Shanghai.

We booked this hotel for a four night stopover at start of January on our way to NewZealand. My wife normally books after being guided by reviews this has once again been a good idea as the hotel lives up to expectations . Very clean neat and tidy . We included a club room with our booking which made it very good value as we had a few extras food and beverage wise. Some of the other things that made hotel stand out for us were the staff who were very helpful and friendly in particular in the club room where they looked after us very well. The location of hotel suited as also as we travelled in from airport in metro and there was a metro station within a short walk from hotel ,this made travel around city so much easier . Special mention to Hank very helpful young waiter in club room.

Even the Residence Club provides an excellent experience, this time I was completely dissapointed of the rooms and overall front desk service. If it wasn't for the Residence club sttaf, I would run away to another hotel. Usually I'm not that exigent on rooms, but had to switch three times to get a decent room. Each had a different problem that made impossible to relax of having a good night sleep. Queues at front desk were amazingly long and staff was worst than robots. No service attitude at all. Again, the residence club is the real deal at this place.
