This is traditional Greek accommodation in a quiet part of Faliraki, but within easy access of bars, restaurants, the beach and the main strip. The local buses stop at the end of the short road to the hotel, and you can catch the regular service to Rhodes Town and Lindos. We also booked day trips to both Marmaris in Turkey and the island of Symi, through Faliraki Tours. The wet-room style shower takes some getting used to, and the self-catering arrangement in the rooms is limited, but the customer service is the best we have experienced, and for that, this hotel gets 5 out of 5! We met so many people who have been coming back to this hotel, year after year, and for years. George, Myrah, Jimmy, Emma and all the staff are so helpful. Throughout the holiday they helped with restaurant bookings, taxis and advice, but it was on the last day of our holiday that they went above and beyond. The World IT issue meant that when we got to the airport for our return trip to the UK at 20:30 on Saturday 20th July, we were informed that our flight was cancelled, and that because of high occupancy on the island, they were unable to provide accommodation until our flight home, possibly days later. We would be stuck at the airport unless we could sort something ourselves. We contacted Rodos Sun for advice. Obviously, they were under no obligation to help us, and they were fully booked. But they said, "come back to us. We will sort something out." And good to their word, they did. And again the next night. We were so grateful that they managed to accommodate us and two other families. Thank you, in particular, to Jimmy and George for this! A few tips whilst you are staying - BBQ night on Mondays is great. Cannon Bar around the corner is good for a drink. Desert Rose and Bridges were great restaurants. Saint Amon restaurant nearby was nice and family run. Paradise Beach is nice for sunbeds and a parasol (20 euros). You can get to Anthony Quinn Bay on the local bus (2 euros each) or a taxi for about 14 euros - it is worth a visit, but it is crowded. We paid for sunbeds at Ladiko Beach and had a walk over instead. Don't try to walk from the hotel to Anthony Quinn Bay. We tried it and the path became treacherous. Sarikas Bakery is superb. We found KPHTIKOE supermarket on the same side of the road as the bakery was the best. There is a little deli in there too.

FIRST OF ALL- this place is spotless (hard to find even in fancy resorts these days) so for that i really commend this place. Family run who go above and beyond, comfortable accommodation great vibe with all uk guests. Good prices in-house, bus stop at end of short road. Dimitri and Emma were always there to help us! Lamprini always served our breakfast with a smile and we will miss her ❤️ 10/15 mins walk to the main /bar strip, loved every minute here. I am sure I will be returning ☺️

Amazing family run hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our whole trip, always advising best places to visit, booking taxis, etc. Hotel room was clean and air con worked very well. Location very good only 10/15 minute walk to bars/restaurants and beach. BBQ night was amazing, food and games were great. Pool area clean and sunbeds always available. Would definitely return, amazing value for money and much better than its 2 star rating on most holiday sites:)
