It was my second visit to Kalyves, but it couldn't be better. The apartments are located a bit further from the center of the town, however, in a nice walking distance from it and close to a supermarket as well as nice cafes and restaurants. The view from the apartment is incredible, especially in the night. The apartment had everything that was needed, including all amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. Room was spottless with everyday cleaning and bedsheet changing. The owner was lovely and very helpful with organizing transport from the airport. Trully, a wonderful stay!

Second time at these fabulous apartments which represent terrific value. The owner is really friendly, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom reasonable. Second time at these fabulous apartments which represent terrific value. The owner is really friendly, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom reasonable. The location superb with the most stunning views from the balcony. Its a ten minute walk to Kalyves town but there are also tavernas minutes away. Fabulous beach . Everything you need on your doorstep. Plus if you want the bright lights of Chania which is well worth a visit, it's about 25 minutes drive.

We were looking for an apartment for a week with a sea view and could have gone a long way to find anything more ideal. The building has a pleasing exterior. The room was spacious. The kitchen area was well equipped with a large fridge. Furnishing was basic but tasteful and practical and beds were comfortable. A decent balcony with good screening from neighbours. A real plus is the stunning uninterrupted sea view. Excellent value for money. Close to shops and restaurants and tavernas in Kalyves. Beach facilities on Ellotis Beach a few minutes walk away were excellent. We visited many of the famous beaches on the island but Ellotis beach was our favourite as it ticked all the boxes for us. Owners at Christi very friendly and helpful and in the time of Covid we felt the apartment was spotlessly clean. We can’t recommend it more highly.

By Greek Standards this is state of the Art, what a fabulous view from the Balcony across Souda Bay Good Value for Money Great beach 10 minutes walk away from Town Only downsides are that the walk into Kalyves isn't the nicest and the noise from the Road. I don't rate Kalyves as a Holiday Destination, it is more a working village but having a Car meant that we could get out and about to a lot of places
