From start to finish an amazing hotel. The rooms are spacious,the mattresses very comfortable,and the pillow menu extensive. The food is excellent with plenty of choices. The drinks all premium brands, and excellent. I must commend the Pattisserie. The cakes are worthy of being served in Paris. The Barrister in here is a brilliant guy who knows how to make perfect coffees. The Guest relations are here to help smooth any holiday wrinkles out,but,we didn’t have any. All in all the best Hotel we’ve been in,and we’ve been coming to Turkey over many years. Thank you all. 👏👏👏👏👏👏

The Barut group has a number of hotels and every one of them has it's own unique character. Hemera is one of the largest, consisting of several small buildings placed in an immaculately maintained gardens. My 2 weeks in January at Hemera were spent enjoying lots of sunshine in beautiful parkland surroundings with excellent food and drink, plus impeccable service. Freshly pressed fruit juice, vegetables straight from the market, roasts, fish, choice of local and international dishes in restaurant served every day. Rooms have coffee pod machines, comfi beds, choice of pillows, as well as the usual minibar fridge etc. All thoroughly cleaned, refilled, towels changed, that's every day. Guest Relations did everything to make sure one's stay in hotel was pleasant. My special thanks to Mr. Vural and for his invaluable help with arranging most things, which we guests require, i.e. a la carte dining, rooms navigation, trips arrangements etc. Most impressive was him tackling some noisy young men one night, which I did not think would actually be achievable, but it worked immediately. My stay coincided with local schools holidays and families with children made the restaurants quite busy. Best idea was to have breakfast early and dinner late. Perhaps the management should also consider "no children's scooters in restaurants", as this could be quite dangerous, especially for older guests. For all the animal lovers it was great to see well looked after hotel cats. Most of them had a slightly docked ear, sign that the animal was neutered. Lots of feeding stations for them outside and as a long time cat owner myself, I could easily tell that the animals were clean and healthy. Good entertainment in the evenings for kids and grownups alike. Needed a coat or a wrap for outdoors at night. One of the attractions, was the promenade along the seaside. Nice long 3km walk into the Old Town and it's Greco-Roman relics. I would definitely like to come back, as long as they continue employing people which are so focused on providing good service. The Hotel is very clean and all the staff work very well, management and guest relations are also very helpful,we never had a problem getting served in the Bars or the restaurant,They also have branded drinks (Just ask) There is a good variety of food in the main restaurant but a lot of the dishes were just not kept hot enough either at breakfast or in the evening ,at lunchtime most people eat at the beach bar area,excellent service and nice variety of served food .We went to the international a carte which was also very good. Standard rooms are a bit small but very well decorated with nicely tiled bathroom and a very efficient shower.(Cleaner and drinks in refridgerator spot on) The heated outdoor pool and garden area very good.the Beach area also has a waiter service. The entertainment was of a good standard,althought the evening show was at a stage near the pool bar,there were fire pits and gas heaters but we would have preferred it indoors.We have visited Barut hotels before and feel they are a better standard than most.
