“lovely stay”
Had a wonderful overnight stay here attending a conference at ExCel, London. Perfectly located for that, close to the conference centre and transport links. Fantastic hotel and staff 😊…wish we had stayed liver but was just an overnight stay. Very welcoming with a lovely man on the door in a top hat, such a lovely gesture. Made us feel special. “Good hotel, great customer service”
Good hotel, great location on the dock. Decor slightly dated in the bedroom but great staff, particularly at breakfast and enjoyed a really nice meal in the bar area one night during our stay. It was expensive but for a busy weekend before Christmas it compared to other hotels in the city.

“Average but bar area is dirty and rooms leak traffic noise”
