“Hotel Stay”
Rubin at the front desk was amazing. Great service!!! He is making sure the room was taken care of as far as a plumbing issue, room was very pleasant and an excellent walking trail both directions outside the hotel!! Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating

“Guest experience”
Diana and Sandy in the Harborview Cafe were absolutely wonderful. They were so pleasant and helpful with breakfast. I wasn’t very hungry so they offered me something smaller instead of the regular breakfast buffet. 5 stars to both of them.

Amazing service. Rubin was the one that helped us to understand more of the hotel and our questions, highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a sweet experience in any business that you are going for plus is close to a lot of restaurants and amazing beaches 5 stars for me!!

“Cash is king, except here apparently”
Great rooms and facilities but hotel is CASHLESS. Covid is over and no need to discriminate against those who prefer the legal tender. Not acceptable. Also coffee cup lids don’t fit the cups in room. Nearly caused a white shirt disaster at 6am.
