What a fantastic hotel, the staff were extra helpful. Was very clean, constantly being cleaned around you. The beach is clean and water was crystal clear with amazing views of the snow capped mountains. We were here for a short stay at the same time as 100s of teenagers which at night did feel like you were in a youth club with teenagers running around screaming shouting so wasn’t very chilled. Has a full range of spirits, efes lager and cocktails. The main buffet restaurant has a full range of food types to suit every palate including a sushi bar. The room was basic but hey if your spending too much time in your hotel room your not experience what a lovely friendly place this is. To top it off we experienced a couple spa for a Turkish bath !!! Wow wow worth every penny the best Turkish bath I’ve ever had with an hour massage

“Fabulous hotel”

Amazing hotel with super helpful and freindly staff. Bedrooms very comfortable and bed super comfy. Fabulous outdoor pool area. Food lovely..loads of choices in the main restaurant. So happy we chose to visit this hotel and would definetly come back.

Brilliant hotel. Very clean and staff are very friendly across all areas of the hotel. The selection of food is great in the buffet restaurant. Never short of anywhere to get food. There are beer & water fridges located around the resort that you are able to help yourself too. My children have loved the ice cream freezers that you can get magnums, cornetto’s, calippo’s and sandwich ice creams from. Again this is a help yourself. Pool towels are always full to go and get from the huts. Water park fantastic, the kids have loved it. The beach is beautiful and so is the sea. As a family we go down for a swim in the mornings as the sun flooded the beach. Mehmet on his roller skates is brilliant as the pool service waiter. Spa treatments are fantastic and highly recommended. We’ve had treatments every day of our holiday. The scrub treatment was brilliant. We had to have the doctor look over our eldest son and he received treatment and IV medications within 5 minutes. Yes we have had to pay for this but we will claim it back from the insurance but honestly that service was fast and thorough. Over all we have had a fabulous week here and would definitely return.

“Nearly perfect Hotel”

Myself, partner & 2 children aged 6 & 8 enjoyed a fantastic week at this hotel. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, there was plenty of entertainment & the staff are all so lovely. As a vegan I struggled a lot with the food, grated egg on vegetables ect... general lack of labeling especially desserts I never had 1 all week and there was so much on offer, I had the same food almost every day. This could be even more difficult for those with food allergies, even plain pasta was coated in butter. For extra cost we did try the Mexican a la carte one night for my partners 40th Birthday which was fantastic and I enjoyed a fabulous vegan meal. We would really love to come back and despite the issue I had with food we would recommend to our friends and family.
