“Large room and bathroom for family, amazing location”

“Great Location and Sizeable Rooms”
This hotel was great. It was in a perfect location was in a perfect location for exploring Salzburg for the first time. They were doing construction in front of the hotel but that never prevented access to the front door. There was a back exit, but for some reason guests could not use the back … more

Our experience here was better than some of the reviews indicate although we also experienced a rather cold (rude?) attitude by one of the men at the front desk. “Great location but shower was a problem.”
Great location in the old town near Mozart’s home. Walking distance to everything. We were disappointed with the shower—small and doors don’t prevent flooding of bathroom. Breakfast (20 euro) is not worth it—no eggs and few choices. No hair conditioner.
