“Had a great stay!”
A luxurious feeling at the entrance of the hotel, and very nice rooms. The staff was very nice and helpful. Comfy beds and a great breakfast buffé. The dinner at the restaurant "Broken Dreams" at the ground floor was also a marvelous experience.

“Borlänge home away from home”
I enjoyed my stay at best Western Borlänge. Staff hotel and facility is okay. Room is clean. The hotel is a just a minute walk to the city center. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Fast check n check out. Would visit again

“Best practise by Best Western Gustav Wasa”
I can trulyrecommend this establishment for anyone travelling with their dog. Supreme service and fabulous people among the staff. Situated near the railway station as well as main routes. I didn't use the Restaurant Broken Dreams. Seems to be a popular place to meet in Borlänge.

“Uncomfortable beds and overly heated”
My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights and slept terribly. The beds are hard, and they only offer twin beds, not double, unless you upgrade to superior. Furthermore, it is so hot in the rooms, and there was no thermostat to be found. We were on the first floor and so sleeping with the window open… more
