hotel located at good place and view is very nice and you can see acropolis from hotel room. hotel room is clean but bath room is so small. we can go 45 min on foot to chaing mai night bazaar. receptionists are very polite.

Huge hotel has a pretty chill sky bar that overviews Chiang Mai, the fitness centre is a tiny room with outdated equipment and no soft flooring to do yoga or stretching. The deluxe room was spacious and it is definitely worth the $50-$60 price point, the pool is not so big but does the job, and the water is ice cold, thankfully for me I only have cold showers and do cold plunges so it works to my advantage, but for those who scared of cold.. the pool will be useless for you In regards to transport, you are situated on a trafficed corner intersection so sometimes when you want to get around cheaply (with red car) most of them will decline because it's out of the way, and vice versa getting back to the hotel. But download the grab app and use that, prices are pretty fair. If you are a walker like myself, then you will enjoy the walk to wherever you need to go, everything is within walking distance but note that it's not that close. For example 7/11 and the old shopping mall is about 5-7 mins on foot. Has wheelchair access and the staff were helpful, hopefully they plan to renovate the place because it does have potential.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 night as close to conference venue. Good location in walking distance to central mall and Maya shopping centre and small night food market. Had a room which was close to the 3 roads intersection so was noisy with traffic noise till late at night- but had great views. Breakfast was extra at 200baht for buffet (around $10Aud) which is quite reasonable with small selection of food. I booked a deluxe room with double bed - room very spacious with couch and table and chairs. Clean and tidy. Staff helpful. Hotel shuttle to airport very reasonable at 100baht.

We stayed one night at the Leiview Hotel. We were with a group from G Adventures. Our room was 1001. It had 2 single beds, a TV, A/C, and a small fridge. It had no safe, but there was a locking cabinet in the room. There were US style plugs in the room, too. There was a pool on the 4th floor, but we didn't use it. The bathroom was small, and we never had hot water, but I don't know what the problem was. Breakfast was included. It was on the 11th floor (elevator only goes up to 10). The outdoor bar is there, and has great views at night. There is a small bar in the lobby. But they had to go elsewhere to find a beer, which seemed strange. There was a computer terminal in the lobby, and an ATM was just a building away. Getting to the hotel while walking could be tricky, if you were on the wrong (opposite) side of the street near the hotel.
