The hotel is situated exactly 1km south of shin-Osaka station and very near to nishinakajimaminamigata of Midosuji subway and Minamikata of Hankyu Kyoto Line. The people have JR pass may utilise the maximum benefit from this hotel. The hotel have a facility of micro oven for heating and cooking so that one can purchase the necessary food items from nearby 24hrs shops. There is plenty of food restaurant nearby by for testing Japanese food. The places like Hiroshima miyajima Kyoto may be visited in a day basis with Shinkansen.

This hotel is located right near Hankyu and Subway stations, walking distance from Osaka's Shinkansen station, and across the road from one of the main expressways into Osaka. The nearby area is filled with restaurants and bars of all kinds. Hence it is very convenient, but also very noisy. Being higher up in the building doesn't help much, since the main expressway is level with about the 4th or 5th floor. The shutters do help quite a bit, and the traffic dies down a bit sometime during the night, but the noise of the traffic is still quite likely to keep you up and wake you in the morning if you sleep lightly. If you're lucky, no boneheads are going to rev their bikes down the road outside your window when you're staying their, but take it from someone who used to live in Osaka: don't count on it. As to the hotel itself, it's quite a nice one. The room was laid out in a way that really maximised the available space. The ensuite was also pretty good for a Japanese hotel. Same size as always, but there was plenty of room for knees to not hit the door when using the loo without totally losing the shower. The breakfast, included in some plans, was totally worth it for me. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and I felt quite welcome here. If you can get past the noise issue, it's well worth staying here.

My whole family stayed here for 5 days at 9th floor. The room is spacious in Japanese standard. Closed to metro and Hankyu subway which makes travel easy to Kobe and Kyoto. Room light is a bit dim, and facilitates are dated but clean. comfortable soft beds. Not much amenities. There is a goument city (supermarket) opened 24 hours a day so it's easy that you can buy everything. There are some restuarants too. Only comment is wifi in room is very very weak. It makes us quite trobuled. we sometimes need to open the door or go to the corridor to receive emails or surf the net. Given the low price we paid, around HKD 400 for a semi double room and HKD 300 for a single room. We've no complaint. Defintely we will go back if we travel to Osaka again.

We stayed in this hotel for 13 nights in a double room which is the only available at that time. It is conveniently situated 3 minutes from Nishijinagamata station. The location of this hotel is very good, it is beside 7 eleven, and across are the chemist shops, restaurants, money exchange and coffee shop. I can say that the location of the hotel is perfect if you want to go to night markets in Namba or have a quick meal in Dotonbori area. It is also perfect as it is accessible if you want to explore the nearby temples and Osaka Castle as long as you have a good gps to guide you. Breakfast daily is also available however they serve the same food daily, mostly japanese and only few western food like sausage. During the weekends they will offer you a voucher to choose either western or japanese food. I always choose japanese since western breakfast only composed of a little scrambled egg, salad, a bread, corn soup no bacon. We booked a double room non smoking. The room is clean and cleaning service is available daily. The room is extremely small so if you have large luggage there's hardly any space to roam around. For western people I guess it is advisable to book a bigger room, I am only little but my husband is tall and we're just fitting on the bed. The bathroom is also very small however the water pressure is good. The main downside of this hotel are the staffs. They can't give you a proper information of the place around their hotel. On our first night we asked until what time Namba market is open and it was only 7:30pm and they told us it is closing at 9pm so we googled it and found out that most of the shops and restaurants closes as late as 12 midnight. Also ths staffs tend to avoid you if you will talk to them in English. Good thing we have a friend in Kyoto that we can ring all the time if needed to speak to them as they are very frustrating. There is one female staff who can speak english but she's not around that much. Also this hotel is not accessible for limousine bus from kansai airport unlike any other hotel so it's either you take the train which is cheap or pay $160 of one way going or coming from the airport. The train is only accessible at 5am so if your flight is 6am like ours, either you pay high amount of money or go to airport at night ptior to your flight. We booked this hotel because of the price that it is cheaper compared to any hotel around Osaka and it is only walking distance from tne train station and it is accessible. We only leave our luggage in this hotel and stayed in Tokyo, Nara and Kyoto for 2 to 3 days. So overall just very average but I won't stay or book again.
