“Food hotel”
This sheraton hotel is very good. Food in the club lounge on the 31st floor is delicious. It makes people linger. The room is comfortable and clean. The transportation is relatively convenient and the service is also good. The swimming pool is very clean. Pure water and coffee capsules are provided… more

The accommodation environment is very good, the guests are treated warmly, the facilities and equipment are complete and advanced, the rooms are comfortable and tidy, the meals are all very good, and there are many types!!! Both employees and hotels leave a good impression on people！

“Very nice suite”
As a Lifetime Platinum member, I was upgraded to an upper floor, beautiful spacious suite. The bed and bedding made for a very nice sleep. Nice fitness centre. Bathroom has a large shower, and bathtub. nice, typical Sheraton amenities. Hotel staff members are helpful, attentive, and friendly.

“Changsha Hotel”
Good Hotel and location. Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, claean rooms. Good concierge service and got our rides and cars for the city visits. Bar and Tea placewas clean and relaxing. Central location for the Changsha visit.

“Not too bad”
Stayed there while visiting the city of Changsha. To me this is a good hotel as far as 5 star hotels go. The location is good, room is clean, the fitness club and and pool are great, but as for the service not too much.
