“Retirement lunch”
Went to the Ocean International for my mother in law's retirement luncheon on Sunday. We were super impressed with the standard of service and quality of the food. A wonderful ambience amongst a clean and tropical poolside setting. A true hidden gem of Mackay.

“Hotel that goes the extra mile.”
This hotel is a great stay. It’s next to a quiet beach. It has a pool and laundry facilities. The food is gorgeous and the breakfast pancakes are divine. The staff are super helpful and kind. “Nice but there’s better in Mackay”
Easy check in, good location, room was ok, could do with some TLC. Parking was a nightmare, no designated parking for guests so our car spent the whole stay on the street because car park was always full. Nice pool area, room service was good. Clean rooms and bathtub was an added bonus

Booked 4 Rooms in June for ourselves and family. The rooms were very nice and spacious and provided all the necessary items for a comfortable stay.
