“Polite Staff, Nice Facilities”
Friendly staff and a clean restaurant after a nice sauna... As a member, I use the facilities most days... Changing rooms are generally clean and tidy with staff regularly checking and happy to assist if anything needs a top up or replacement...

“Midweek break”
Had 2 day break in farnborough.hotel is situated easy to walk to town .room was clean but heating was not working .had to go to reception where Wendy had problem sorted promptly .we've stayed at hotel a good few times and always look forward to seeing Wendy as she is very helpful and excellent to h… more

“Conference”
Conference stay. The excellent gym and swim facility was highly appreciated when traveling for work during several days. Conference package (food) was not impressive.

“It was ok. But needs some improvement”
No phone in room. Swim area taken over by kids so not possible to swim. No fridge in club room. Came down to breakfast and no hot food out, had to ask. No conditioner in room. Only one hand towel for 2 people. Bath runs so slow it's not really usable. Changing area in gym not very clean. Was charge… more
