“Best service in the world!”
The Bell Captain is the highlight of this Hotel. Jay is personable, caring and understands the dying art of customer service. We came up from St Pete for Hurricane Milton. He was definitely the highlight of the hotel! He deserves hugs and accolades. Barbara McKee

“Courtyard Lake Mary FTW”
I’ve stayed at a many courtyards in my time and this location had an exceptional staff. Caden from the front desk was very kind and made the experience great. “Bell csptsin”
I stayed at the Lake Mary Marriott and The Bell Captain Jay Balanay was exceptional; we stayed 5 days and he always greeted us. Jay remembered us everyday. He assisted us and was extremely attentive to our needs! Great Bell-Captain. I would highly recommend this hotel.

“Best thing about stay”
The best thing about this hotel is the Bell- Captain, Jay Balanay. Always makes everyone feel special and welcome. Usually if you have visited before, he will even remember your name and greet you by name everyday. A very special person, Marriott is very fortunate to have.
