This was the 2nd time we held a meeting at the Four Points in Allentown. Matthew Baysinger was great to work with both times. He made sure all our needs were met. The front desk met us with a smile and a hello. Another staff member checked in with us to make sure all was as expected. The meeting room was comfortable and suited our needs. Excellent experience.

“Not a Four Points that I'm used to.”

I usually appreciate Four Points properties, this one was a lesser more budget property than I'm used to. When it originally opened this property was a Comfort Suites or similar and it shows in the quality of the construction. I usually appreciate Four Points properties, this one was a lesser more budget property than I'm used to. When it originally opened this property was a Comfort Suites or similar and it shows in the quality of the construction. In any event, it felt more like a motel than a hotel, even if renovated the guestroom felt drab and basic, the bathroom and sink setup is weird. The room also felt dark. The soundproofing is the worse, in the morning we felt like there was people in our room, but they were in the adjacent room. I must say that the staff was competent and friendly enough, being across the road from Dorney Park was convenient, but those 2 factors are not enough for me to return.

This is a quiet hotel during the week but it was not what we expected from a Marriott property. We had an adjoining room and could hear everything that was said in the next room. This is a quiet hotel during the week but it was not what we expected from a Marriott property. We had an adjoining room and could hear everything that was said in the next room. When we tried to change rooms we were told that the hotel was booked. Okay, fair enough but we received a lot of pushback from the manager also the next day about switching rooms. The quality of the mattresses were fair to poor. The restaurant had been sold off and so you get n points eating there. This is my second time being burned by Marriott. Not sure what is happening to this company but I will def cash in my points & cancel my CC.
