We had a wonderful week here relaxing and swimming etc. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so friendly, loving and helpful. The bed was one of the best we have slept in and the food at all three restaurants was wonderful. The lounges, cushions tables etc are all looking a bit tired, but I believe the place is getting a makeover in 2025, as it is around 25 years old. Would love to go back once this is done to see the improvements. Previously were were members of Wyndam for 25 years.

“Great staff and Great location!!!”

We planned a 21-day vacation finishing off in Fiji to rest after our country hopping. What I didn’t expect is for my back to get injured just before we started our vacation and to develop severe sciatica for the duration of our trip. The staff at the Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa were amazing. From arriving to the hotel and being greeted with a “Welcome Home” to the staff going out of their way to get me a wheelchair and ensure I was comfortable during my stay. Thank you to David who assisted getting all our heavy luggage to our room. Normally I can be more helpful but David stepped in and without being asked transported all our luggage to our room. A special thank you to Mika for helping us get around the property and making sure all our needs were taken care of when we left the property. There was one day I was waiting for the Bula Express and two of the housekeeping staff saw me struggling while waiting. They went out of their way to move a heavy chair so I could sit until my transport arrived. They told me not to worry about the chair, they would put it back after I was picked up. I wish I knew their names so that they could be recognized by management, but unfortunately I did not get their names. We spent our days at the poolside at Koro Restaurant and WOW!! Food was excellent but beyond the food. The customer service was by far the best I have had in all my travels. Eva, Percy, Ben and Emely made sure we felt at home and had everything we needed to be comfortable. From the breakfast service to the poolside attentiveness, the staff was the most attentive I have experienced. They make it a point to know your name and address you by your name. Truly a great experience!! We don’t usually return to many places we have travel too since the world is a huge place to explore. But this is one city and resort we will definitely visit again. For my next visit, I’m hoping to heal up and get around a little easier. During our last breakfast the entire staff at Koro Restaurant came together and sang us the most beautiful Fijian farewell song (Isa Lei). My wife is not a cryer but she was so moved by the gesture that she was in tears. I’ve included the picture from our farewell with the staff of Koro Restaurant and with Mika when we checked out. Such a beautiful experience!!! An extra plus was in the hotel lobby there was a Fiji Airways check-in counter. We were able to get our boarding passes and drop off our luggage right in the lobby of the hotel. Such a help especially when you are dragging around heavy luggage. Thank you Hilton Fiji and many thanks to the wonderful staff!!!

We usually take a tropical holiday trip to Hawaii this time of year. With the A$ not doing well against the US$ and Hawaiin food & drink prices grossly inflated on our trip last year, we opted for Fiji as our tropical getaway this year. Our stay here was recommended and booked through My Fiji in Australia. We loved the My Fiji package and loved everything about the Hilton Fiji Beach Resort. We had a beachfront deluxe room….spacious, quiet, close to pools & restaurants. Buffet breakfast has a great range of choices with something to please everyone. Staff are courteous & very friendly. The thing we enjoyed most about The Hilton is that it has all you want, but it is spread out along the beachfront with a nice slow paced tropical feel about it…… plenty of seats & spaces around the 6 pool areas, including a nice adults only pool, bar & restaurant area away from the main area. There are 3 very nice restaurants, serving lunch & dinner menus at reasonable prices. A good beverage menu is available at each restaurant. A 5 minute ( fjd$10) taxi ride to Port Denarau, which offers a range of island day trips and eating venues. We’ll be back in Fiji & here again next year. Vinaka!

Very underwhelmed by this resort. My expectations were high considering we stayed at the crowne plaza resort for the first 5 nights and by reading lots of reviews we thought we would leave the better resort for the last 5 nights. Quiet disappointed actually. Yes the resort is beautiful but from the moment we arrived, it was unorganised chaos. So slow (I guess fiji time) and we had to wait till exactly 3pm to check in. They were going to give us a garden room. Lucky I showed them my booking where it showed we had beachfront view. The 1 bedroom apartment was beautiful with a gorgeous view and the bed was very comfy. Other then that, amenities were not provided. Considering the amount of money we spent to stay at this resort you would think they would provide the necessary amenities. Tv kept switching off, microwave not working( even though we never were going to use it) The day we arrived all pools were available, the following day the Main pool was under construction( I didn't see anywhere whilst booking that there would be any maintenance or construction on the pool. The adults only pool didn't have any seating available either. 1 morning we received a phone call from 1 of the restaurants that we hadn't paid our tab from the morning before. I was trying to explain to the lady that we weren't even at the hotel the day before as we had a tour booked and we couldn't have a tab as u need to leave a 200fjd a day on credit card at reception which we decided against. Spoke to reception and that was sorted out at least. Even though the resort is beautiful and the restaurants are nice, ppl are friendly, would we stay here again. probably not. We walked next door to the sofitel which was amazing with the big pool.
