Stayed here for 3-nights, and I'd say I'm impressed with this hotel although there are some feedback that needs to be considered. 1) Location: The location is just perfect. It's in the busy area, plenty of place to eat, lot of shops around, and most importantly very close to either Tram or Metro Station that will easily take you anywhere. There's also Manifesto food market just a few minutes walk that offers more food options. 2) Lobby/Reception: The lobby is big enough but honestly it's pretty bland and basic. Something that can be improved. Front desk staffs are very kind, efficient, and helpful. Check-in process is smooth and no drama. 3) Room: The room is located in the executive floor where there are some free flow of coffee, tea, water, and snacks in the main common area. During happy hour at 5.30-6.30 PM, guests can take alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in the fridge plus more snacks options. The room itself has decent size, around 24-25 sqm. Decent room amenities, comfy bed, and good size of TV. There is no city view, the room is facing to some sort of courtyard which is great because it's quiet and away from the street noise. The bathroom is one of the main highlight here where there's a separate shower (with decent water pressure) and bathtub and toilet. However, one really weird design decision is that the glass toilet door is just useless because it's very transparent and doesn't really add much privacy if you have a roommate staying with you. 4) Restaurant Delight: Breakfast is served here. The place has plenty of seating available. The breakfast buffet has a decent selection, but I think the arrangement or distribution can be improved because if you got seat far away in the back, you have to walk quiet a bit to get the food/drinks. I also wish there are more options especially for fruits and vegetables. 5) Ocar's Bar: Had a lunch here, service is nice, friendly, and efficient. No complain at all. Overall, it's a nice great hotel. I'll consider this as an option to stay in Prague for the location, comfort, and friendly service from the staffs.

“Great base for exploring”

Nice hotel great base for exploring Berlin’s right next to the tram stop and the train station. Room comfortable and a good nights sleep had. Shower facilities excellent. Bar area lovely and plenty of choice. Food looked nice however we did not sample as we ate out. Would stay her again.
