“very good hotel”

It was our third stay at this hotel,as it's near our family's house. It'n not a central area but there are lot of good restaurants nearby. The room is very clean and convenient. Breakfast is excellent. There is no elevator but we always ask for first floor so have only few steps. WIFI is good near … more

“Good quality, great location,”

The Bornheimer Hof is located in the outer edge of the lively Bornheim district of Frankfurt. So the street life is present and animated. The Bornheimer Hof is located in the outer edge of the lively Bornheim district of Frankfurt. So the street life is present and animated. I would not say that my sleep was ever disturbed by the activity in the main part of Bornheim, though, because the hotel is not on a busy corner. Two nice, traditional Apfelwein establishments are just up and down the street, so you can get the local flavor without submitting to the touristic indignities of Sachsenhausen. Breakfast was certainly serviceable.

Also if attending the Messe (trade fairs) it is ten minutes by u bahn to the Messe itself. The rooms though are pretty basic for the price. Breakfast was OK

The room was clean and well appointed. As is common, one large bed is made up of two smaller beds. Problem here is that they don't stay together so if you are in the bed with someone crossing the middle ground can mean you get sucked into a chasm! The room was clean and well appointed. As is common, one large bed is made up of two smaller beds. Problem here is that they don't stay together so if you are in the bed with someone crossing the middle ground can mean you get sucked into a chasm! The walls are also thin so you will hear everything and be heard from neighboring rooms. The are is realtively quiet though for a major city. If you are driving in, good luck! The roads especially around the hotel are tight and have blind spots. Parking is next to impossible. The hotel has a very small lot and if you get stuck with one at the end it will test your parking skills for sure!
