On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Great”
Love the view from room 5. Antony was very friendly and helpful on check in. Room was great large, clean and furnished well. Breakfast cooked to order spot on. Location quiet ensuring a good nights sleep. Will return in the future.

“Road trip around Scotland ”
First nights stay in Scotland at this hotel. Huge family room. Comfy beds very clean and fab seating area with sea views in distance. All staff helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend. Free parking at front. Very short walk to sea and village life.

“Just what we needed”
This nice hotel is situated in a great position just 150 yards from the beach. There is a wonderful view of Arran from the shore. Lovely walk along the front, and a small cafe for refreshments. Stayed one night with family. 2 adults, 2 children in a family room. Big spacious room with large bay window overlooking golf course.
