“nice vacation”
Very quiet, clean and pleasant hotel… beautiful environment , nature and proximity to the slopes, good parking…good restaurant, Nice and friendly staff… thanks to rci we had a wonderful and pleasant family vacation.

“Residence Laurin”
Riccardo was a fantastic host. He quickly responded to our questions and needs. The hotel is located in a beautiful location in the Dolomites There are really great restaurants nearby. The local scenery is amazing with mountain hikes and gondola rides. Truly an amazing experience.

“Fantastic mountain view”
Many hiking trails within walking distance of the accommodation. Cable gondolas also close to the accommodation.

You find the Residence in a wonderful nature. The best for famiies in June. You can find very nice trips in the surroundings of thr Residence. The roads are very good for car or motor cycles. Some of cable-railways are operating, but not so many as in July and August. Begining of June you can find… more

“Not a Gold Crown Resort but Very Nice Staff”
It is not a GOLD crown resort, The common area and units are very small and need updates. But Riccardi is a wonderful person: super helpful, kind, and available.
