The hotel is fair enough. The location is absolutely excellent. Just a few steps ahead to a large shopping mall with all I would need. Since it is a kind of budget hotel, please do not expect too much on its hotel service or facilitates. As long as there are wifi, aircon, clean towels everyday, that would be good enough for business travellers.

“I will go again”

The stuff is friendly but unfortunately few of them know English. The rooms are +/- 3.5 EU stars, little where'd but clean. Concerning the breakfast you have the choice from two restaurants_the hotel rent the place_diferent owners, different food stile but both of them nicely fulfilling the divers… more

“Warm and Comfy”

Stayed here for two nights. Rooms comfortable and very warm. Slept with the window open in October for cool air. Curtains keep the light out and beds very comfy. Bathroom sufficient. Stayed here as part of a trekking package so unsure of how much it’s costs per night but good place to stay.

For the past few months I've been travelling due to work to countries outside of Europe. This hotel is not bad... But it's not that good either... It definitely needs a major uplift though. The reception area is very spacious and leads to the shopping complex in which the hotel is in. The staff at the reception desk were courteous albeit did not understand English and had to communicate via a sort of Google Translate app. Whifs of the smells from the nearby restaurants can be smelled, which sometimes can be nauseating. The room I was staying was spacious and with the added desk I had ample space to work on. Smell of cigarette smoke could be smelled in the corridor of our floor and in some of the rooms albeit the no smoking sign attached to the bedside table in each room. The worst part of the room was the bathroom. The bathroom was clean, but the layout of the bathroom was ludicrous with the wall where the door was situated was made up of textured glass. The other wall which had the sink comprised of a window with a curtain which could be opened electronically, on to the main room. The mirror in the bathroom was one of those small shaving mirrors on an arm. I skipped eating from the hotel restaurant as my colleagues did not have an enjoyable experience. We had breakfast from Starbucks in the shopping mall, and we ate from restaurants around the mall as well.
