“Great hotel, excellent location”

I enjoyed my stay at hotel anna - the staff could not have been more helpful. The location was perfect - a short walk to most places of interest and 50m to the entry to the S Bahn for the airport train. The restaurant was also great. I’d definitely stay here when next in Munich!

What a wonderful hotel very close to old town. Very easy and convenient walk into town with the trams going straight outside the front door. What a wonderful hotel very close to old town. Very easy and convenient walk into town with the trams going straight outside the front door. A little bit awkward to get to as the official entrance comes off the mall at the rear, and parking for your taxi or Uber at “the front“ quite limited and difficult at times. I wish I had the lady’s name, but for our two night stay she seem to be on the front counter and the person who answered the phone at all times. Management, please look this up as she deserves a medal and has an incredible credit to your hotel. (we stayed Tuesday and Wednesday the 14th and 15th of January 2020 - surname of Britton] The service was fantastic, the hotel is modern and the facilities are great. Admittedly we did have an upgraded room, so I am not sure of the standard room sizes, but the room we had was simply incredible. I would highly recommend the hotel for all of the above reasons

The location couldn't be better. You are in the heart of Munich at the Stachus (Karlsplatz) in a pedestrian zone between central train station and Marienplatz. And you get there from Munich airport (which is very far outside the city, so a taxi ride costs a fortune) with one single 35 minutes-ride … Mer

The location couldn't be better. You are in the heart of Munich at the Stachus (Karlsplatz) in a pedestrian zone between central train station and Marienplatz. And you get there from Munich airport (which is very far outside the city, so a taxi ride costs a fortune) with one single 35 minutes-ride on the tube. Leave the station "Stachus" and 3 minutes later you stand in the small hotel lobby. Rooms are modern and nice, but usually quite small. Windows are perfect, so despite being in a pedestrian zone, noise is no issue. Corridors are very dark, and the elevator could win a price as smallest elevator in the world. 2 persons hardly fit. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is nice and cool restaurant in the same building.

I stayed in room 162 which was small but very nice and well appointed with high ceilings. Nice hotel and staff. Room warm, even with heater at 15 deg. C. Had to occasionally open windows (in December) to cool the room. Great location near Karlsplatz. Street view was very noisy. Comfortable be… Mer

I stayed in room 162 which was small but very nice and well appointed with high ceilings. Nice hotel and staff. Room warm, even with heater at 15 deg. C. Had to occasionally open windows (in December) to cool the room. Great location near Karlsplatz. Street view was very noisy. Comfortable bed and nice desk in room. Quality toiletries... even a free condom with the toiletries. Nice shower. Slippers in the room but no robe. Safe in room. Fridge completely full of mini bar items, but all items and drinks were only 1 euro each (unheard of). Nice restaurant off the lobby bar.
