I am still a regular customer of this hotel. First time, I have stayed here from September 2013 to December 2013 for amazing four months. They were just upgrading their rooms on the 9th floor, so after a month of being in a standard room overlooking a highway with just average relatively old facilities, I moved to an amazing brand new deluxe room which was simply fantastic. To add up, breakfast and dinner buffet as well as amazing boutique gym were included in the price. The Syrian cook was fantastic with grill dishes and certain buffet nights with different themes were better than the other ones. The staff, particularly, Mohammad Fawzy, a general manager is fantastic, helpful, and has a great sense of humor. He made my stay really enjoyable. The roof top has an amazing sea food restaurant and a lovely city view. The laundry service is prompt and everyone in this hotel is great. :)

“Great value for money”

location is great and very close to the heart of the city, very nice food with alot of varieties as well, friendly stuff. the rooms over looking the main road are a bit noisy so if you want to go for a quiet room, ask for a room overlooking the other side.

The hotel package includes the dinner and breakfast which is good enough while on the business trip. By location there is nothing close by in terms of restaurants or mall but considering the package you don't feel for the same. The guy is in the next adjoining building but decent.

Its a good hotel for business trip, good rooms and bathrooms, but needs a bit of refurbishment. Rest all its a good deal with breakfast and dinner. Its even better if you are a non vegeterian , for vegeterian there are not much option but if you let them know in advance they arrange for something which is very good on their part. Check in and Check out was smooth and staff was also very courteous
