“Amazing hotel and staff”
Manager Kev is an amazing guy. He helped my grand parents with the accessible room. He sent a help to carry their luggage to. Morning staff was super sweet. Nice big hotel to be at with lot of amenities. Restaurants has a good breakfast options. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Front Desk Manager”
Nice Hotel with a lot of facilities. Good staff especially the Manager behind the desk who is really helpful. clean room. The swimming pool is heated. good location for a family. they have a restaurant and bar on site.

“Rude staff overcharged me on 2 separate visits ”
The room was nice. But the hotel staff, save one woman, was rude and not helpful. I go to this hotel quite often but every time they are rude. I paid extra for breakfast on both of the mornings but I was still charged extra for both days and had to explain the issue to the front desk over and over … more
