We stayed at the beginning of November 2024. Being English speakers and this being our first time to Brazil, we contacted the hotel in advance to discuss our stay and, as we were arriving on a statutory holiday weekend, help us arrange things such as taxi transfers. The hotel was superb. In particular, Lucilene was brilliant and very patient with us, understanding that with limited Portuguese, the help was very important (especially as we have two young children) so that we were comfortable. He kindly helped arrange a taxi both ways with a Company, Luck, who are a large tour operator in Brazil and who provided excellent airport to hotel service with an English speaking guide. A special thank you to Lucilene! From the very start when we arrived and were looked after by Aleksandra (a wonderful Reception Executive), the hotel and its staff exceeded our expectations. Everyone was very friendly, the accommodation was first rate having been newly refurbished about 18 months ago, and the food was varied and very good. The majority of the guests were Brazilian and all lovely, and we stayed for nine days. The hotel was peaceful, not too large but well laid out and the beach was simply spectacular! In particular, I would like to thank several superb members of staff. - Tisso - a great waiter, ever attentive - Tio Abacaxi - for his amazing persuasion in getting our kids to go to and thorougly enjoy the kids club, in a funny and engaging way - Thais - absolutely brilliant and kind with our children at the kids club, and looked after them with a gentle, caring and fun way, so that our daughter kept on going back, - Ramos - the Food Truck chef with a great smile and very hard working. -Priscilla and Paola - again wonderful. - Gabrielle of the Paparazzi service who was every helpful, friendly and is a superb photographer and who kindly gave me two names of staff I wanted to know with their permission so I could include them in this review. A very special thank you to Guido who, as General Manager and knowing we had travelled a long way, took the time to write a handwritten note welcoming us to the property. That is a first for me in many travels - Guido - my thank you is in the post. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend this great property to both Brazilian and equally importantly, foreign guests: you will be looked after very well so just do it!! O hotel foi excelente. Em particular, Lucilene foi brilhante e muito paciente conosco, entendendo que com o português limitado, a ajuda foi muito importante (especialmente porque temos dois filhos pequenos) para que ficássemos confortáveis. Ele gentilmente ajudou a organizar um táxi nos dois sentidos com uma empresa, a Luck, que é uma grande operadora de turismo no Brasil e que forneceu um excelente serviço de aeroporto para hotel com um guia que fala inglês.
