Our apartment was basic when we visited few years back as a visiting students but had to write here as it will assist fellow travelers to plan a budget trip to London and accommodation info sorted. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay in London. The master room was nice and roomy with a queen sized bed. The other two rooms are much smaller, just big enough for the beds and a small place to hang clothes but we hardly spend time indoors anyways and they do the job just fine for a good nights slumber. The second bedroom had one full sized bed good for 2 grown up kids while the third bedroom is good for a couple. There is only one bath but perfectly nice and functional. The unit is split with bedrooms on the ground floor and the living/kitchen area on level one. The living area was rather small with a couch and small TV but the kitchen area good sized and dinning for six. The kitchen has a fridge with a freezer, a toaster, and all the utensils and dinnerware you will need. It also had a small clothes washer/dryer but be warned, these small European washers do not hold a large amount of clothes and a normal cycle takes about four hours to wash and dry. You will need to carry soap detergent or nearby groceries. The locality is normal and there are two tube station options, Crescent station and King's Cross tube and British rail stations. There are several restaurants within walking distance and a neighborhood grocery store to stock up the apartment. This type of apartments is a much better value for money for back pack vacationers or student community on a budget than the multiple hotel rooms.

“Tiny, clean, comfortable”

I stayed in this hotel for business reason. Room in the back of the hotel, on 2nd floor. Room is tiny, but clean. The bed was nearly a double one, on the short side. But I was alone so I could use the diagonal :-) . Bed linnen was clean and pleasant. Equally small bathroom, with good sanitary installation in good working order. Small remark was that the ventilation in this bathroom was drawing out air continuously - there seemed to be no stopping it. But it didn't keep me awake with the door closed. No significant outdoor noise in the middle of London. I especially liked the provided internet, included in the price, and for all my devices. Breakfast was everyday the same choice of cereals, egg/mushroom/beans, toast. Even for 4 mornings, it got boring quickly. Location is good for Mdme Tussaud's, Regent Park, a lot of Hospitals, as well as a few bars and shopping streets. You will need a nearby Tube (Bank str) to go to the touristic centre of Westminster, though. So, it's not the cheapest hotel that I chose, but then only the small size of the room is a measure of the exceedingly expensive real estate in London, all the rest (comfort, service) was up to standard of what you want in a business hotel.

“Ikea Showroom!”

Stayed in Apartment No.1 on the 1st floor. A studio with double bed, double sofa bed, kitchen area and bathroom. Quite spacious. 3 of us stayed there for a couple of nights but didn't spend a great deal of time actually in the apartment. It won't win any awards, but reasonably priced, fairly decent condition and well located. They've raided Ikea for all the furniture and utensils (I know because I saw a few things I own myself!). Everything worked as it should. Location is about 4-5 mins walk from Camden High St so its good for shops, bars, restaurants. Was fully aware of the key pick up being elsewhere but it was only 10-15 mins walk and gave me a chance to get my bearings in the area. Very friendly at this check in and in earlier phone calls with their office. Thankfully, on check out you just leave the keys in the apartment so no trudging back to the office. I liked this area (Camden), away from the main touristy areas of London but still only a 15 mins walk from Euston Station. As we were going to the cricket at Lords, it was well situated and even allowed us to cycle back using the Boris Bikes! Would stay here again. Much better value than some of the grotty B&Bs on offer at £100+ a night.

“Nice place”

Nice hotel, good location, clean, friendly staff, the food is ok, it's not fancy and the guests are very nice. The price is ok, not so expensive but not cheap as well. But to be honest it's a nice place and you will not disappointment ! Good deco!
