“This is excellent”
I had mild doubts when we booked this from the UK. Doubts soon dispelled. It is excellent. the staff are wonderful. The eating areas are good. The menu caterers for all - three veggies in our party. Ask for a view room as the aspect across Manhattan is glorious. Having stayed in the City before… Fler

“New York Thanksgiving”
This hotel was good value for money. The location perfect and only 300 metres walk to the Subway. Once on Subway only 3 stops to 5th Avenue. “Room 204 is LOUD”
Stayed in room 204 on a two day business trip. The noise from the lobby area is noticeable. There is a dumpster literally right out your window. It got dumped at about 2:00 am both nights. It woke me up even with white noise on in the background. House cleaning needs to focus more on the bathr… Fler
