“Great service”
The service at dinner was great, plenty of food options, and our Waiter David was always on top of refills and keeping a clean table. We have been to multiple all-inclusive resorts, and this is one of the ones that we will definitely be back to.

“Good Experience”
We went on a Carnival cruise excursion to this beautiful all-inclusive resort. Our tour guide, Fluffy, was knowledgeable and informative and took great care of his tour. “Medium range option for a resort”
Consider how to get there in advance as is not near Merida (50 minutes aprox). The hotel seems nice when registering. There is only one restaurant with a very limited schedule and an open bar with snacks. The rooms are big enough and clean but they look old. My room smelled damp, mostly in the bath… more

“Pleasant stay but no hot water for showers”
We enjoyed our stay but for a couple of things. I could never get hot water. The resorts plumber had no idea how to solve our problem other than keep the water running. That did not work. “Family place”
Loved the family ambiance. Food was amazing and service great. Our waitress Jose was personable, kind and attentive. My only suggestion would be that the property needs a TLC. I’m looking forward to stay again and see the improvements to the property.
