“comfy bed, clean room, big TV”
Satisfied with our stay, clean room with two comfy queen beds, and awesome TV - we watched the hockey payoffs.

“Hopefully get back there again this time on personal vacation.”
We were only there the 1 night on a business trip but the stay was great, the young lady at front desk was very knowledgeable as to where to eat and as for the hotel it was quit, clean and up to date. Conversation with the manager in the am was very pleasant. THANK YOU Mr Bromwell

“Cozy and convenient”
We were going to the ski hill for New Year's Eve celebration and this hotel is very close to the hill, restaurants/pubs, as well as the town of Rossland. The hot tub was in great condition, a perfect soak on a cold day. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

“Quiet room, good breakfast”
Room was quiet, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good (coffee, tea, juice, toast, muffins, hot and cold cereal, yogurt, apples). Wifi was good. No housekeeping over a 3 night stay. Had lots of towels but had to ask for extra shampoo and toilet paper twice.

“The staff love their phones.”
Good luck checking in. You can hear them chatting in the back but they don't respond even when you're yelling. Guy walked out wearing ear buds staring at his phone. Didn't look at me for at least a minute. Service staff need to out their phones away.
