Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“GREAT LOCATION”
Almost in the train station, subway and bus terminal all in one. The hotel itself has 1pm check-in and noon check out, very unusual for Japanese hotels, staff was very pleasant and expedited check-in so I still had a day of sightseeing.

Also Hakata Green Annex and #2, all in close proximity, walk into any and they'll redirect you. Rooms: Small but modern furnishings, so you won't feel crammed. Nice Simmons … more

“Good location business hotel”
Difficult to evaluate. On the one hand very clean hotel with very friendly staff. Excellent location with most probably the best Salvatore chain restaurant in Japan located in the basement. For a business hotel the TV is remarkably big and they offer a coffee maker in the room. Which concludes my… more
