“Three Night Away from the War.”

Three nights in the Vert Hotel in Ein Bokek, Dead Sea. We slept well in a large room with a king-size bed, comfortable, no space in its middle. Such a great experience. We are in the middle of a war but the Vert Hotel was quiet and peaceful. Clean facilities, the staff gave us excellent service from the housekeeping staff, through the front desk, the servers and the cooks. Whatever we asked for we received in less than 10 minutes. The food was superb, we returned to the restaurant in the lobby again and again. Breakfast was a picture of abundance and the food was tasty, cooked well, right temperature. Pools were cleaned, water clear as glass. We enjoyed it more than I expected. We live in Nahariya - on the Northern border. This was a perfect getaway time from the war.

“Great experience!”

Great hotel by the dead sea with access to the dead sea and a great outdoor pool. The food was amazing over shabbat - there were so many options- and the view from the room was stunning- I recommend a room with a sea view! A great experience overall.

Even while the country is at war, the hotel manages to offer a very good break from the everyday stresses. “A 5-star hotel charging a high price should give a better service”

I slept a few times in the past in this hotel. This time, for the second time in a row, I spent 3 nights with a bridge festival. I slept a few times in the past in this hotel. This time, for the second time in a row, I spent 3 nights with a bridge festival. I was disappointed to see the service lower than I expected: in the dining room I asked 2 waiters to bring a glass, both said yes, and kept doing their other tasks. Tere was constantly a waiting row for coffee and scrambled eyes. The coffee from the machine hardly filled one third of the glass. During the night a sign for emergency exits from the door fell. The next morning the house keeping did not replace it. Rather they placed it on the marble next to the sink in the bathroom. There was a problem with the control of the elevators. The position, the view from the terrace and the see shore were amazing. I think for a 5-star hotel charging a high price they should give a better service
