The villa is located on a hill top overlooking the Mediterranean Sea where piece and quite are the only words that can describe its position. Since the villa is cantered located in Crete, you can equally travel and explore the island which this also gives you peace of mind as you do not have to choose in which airport you will have to fly to (Chania or Heraklion) since the distance is almost the same. Being in an excellent location, all facilities are in within 5 minutes drive car going to the village of ''Stavromenos'' (5 klm) where bakery shop, mini markets, small tavernas and many sort of different shops can be found. Also the beach of Stavromenos is one of the longest beaches in Crete. Furthermore the ''Arkadi'' Monastery is only 8 klm away and well worth visit in order to learn some of the history of Rethymno.
