“Lovely hotel - central position”
Lovely hotel hidden in the centre of Chang mai. Lovely reception staff. We were on the top floor and had a Good size room with good air con. Our bathroom had a sunken shower which was easier to get in and out of than it looked. The room had free tea and coffee making facilities. You could buy drink… more

“Great location and a good place to stay”
Traditional Thai buildings with nice outdoor pools. Green planting adds to the garden feel to the hotel and all staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We arrived early from the overnight train but, the reception took our bags and put them in a store room until our rooms were ready. We were off… more

“A sea of tranquility!”
This is a lovely place to stay. It feels like a calm oasis in the middle of a busy city. The staff are kind and thoughtful, but not intrusive. The pool isn't huge, but is reasonable in size. Food is also good. The bedroom was really lovely, large and spacious. Well done team Banthai!

“Perfect location of charming hotel in centre!”
Very nice location for relaxing place in the centre of Chiang Mai. Everything you need is to be found in the hotel with romantic garden en pool, nice bar and they have good wine. A nice boutique hotel in Chang Mai. Very good location in the center of the town. Somewhat hidden, behind other buildings. No parking space for rental cars. Not much of a view.
