Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Documents required for check-in: • PCR test result for Covid-19. The certificate must be issued no earlier than 2 days before departure to the resort. The maximum validity period of the certificate is 6 days. • Photocopy of documents: for Russian citizens: passport first page and registration, for children a copy of the birth certificate. For foreign citizens: valid passport, migration card. It is not possible to check in without these documents. In case of check-in after 00:00, guests should inform the hotel in advance about their arrival time. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. The hotel check-in is not carried out: 1. In case of refusal of a guest to pass a test for antibodies at the time of check-in in SKK "MRIYA»; 2. In case of detection of antibodies to coronavirus infection in the acute phase during the test at the time of check-in in SKK "MRIYA»; 3. In case of refusal to provide a certificate of a negative test for the presence of coronavirus infection (PCR test). Saunas and hamams do not function in the hotel due to the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor. But there is a sauna complex, its visit is possible for an additional fee. The hotel charges a prepayment. The cost of an extra bed must be specified additionally. The hotel has a Personalized Medicine Clinic with a total area of 5,000 square meters. The clinic is equipped with the latest generation of diagnostic equipment from world leaders for quick and accurate diagnosis.
