To guarantee a room reservation, a prepayment in the amount of the cost of 1 night stay is required. An invoice for the prepayment is sent to the guest's email address. The administration will contact the guest within 24 hours after booking the room. Prepayment is not refundable when canceling a reservation less than five days before the date of arrival.
