Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. To check-in to the hotel, guests must provide one of the following documents: - a certificate with a negative result of a PCR test for Covid-19 (the test must be made no more than 72 hours before arrival - medical certificate with QR-code of vaccination against Covid-19 - medical certificate with the QR code on Covid-19 disease, provided that recovery occurred within 6 months before check-in - certificate of the presence of class G antibodies (IgG) to coronavirus, issued no later than 30 days before check-in - citizens of Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan can submit a negative PCR test in the "Travel without COVID" application, received a maximum of 3 days before check-in. According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors. Minors aged 14 or above, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, are required to check in the hotel with his/her identity document and a notarized consent form from the legal guardian (one of them).
