“What a disaster!!”
Stay away. Arrogant and rude desk staff. Lost reservation. Doubled the price quoted when reservation was made. Parking lot looked like they were filming an episode of "Cops". Read in the Charlotte Observer, there had been a stabbing/killing the night before. We went elsewhere.
