“Fantastic river/city view from my balcony, very pleasant.”
Fantastic view from my balcony, very pleasant. Rooms are clean. Good service and helpful staff, easy checkin and checkout process. Hotel bar is good. Breakfast need improvement. Free car park for same companies. EV charging points available.

“Best hotel gym”
The Hyatt Regency Boston / Cambridge has the best gym I've used in a hotel! Lots of strength training equipment, cardio machines, full range of dumbbells, etc. The hotel is in a geat location, very walkable to what we wanted and it has everything we needed.

“worth the price”
The rooms are very nice and clean, and the staff is fantastic. I stay here for an event every year so I didn't compare it to other local hotels but I would stay here again if I am in town for other reasons.

“Ok for business trip”
The staff is very attentive. The rooms are pretty dull but bed is comfortable. Large desk to work. Bathroom is average but shower was good. It’s walking distance to MIT. Food is average but bar is not bad. Beautiful view over Boston. A decent hotel for business trip.

“Good location and delivered almost as expected.”
Great location, nice rooms, helpful front desk. BIG FAIL in lack of a water filter airport style so guests can refill their water bottles and don't have to purchase the overpriced plastic BPA loaded water bottles! For a Hyatt, that is sad.
